Terms & Conditions
Please read these terms before registering for any seminar, webinar or training course.
1. Registration
The online registration form is not a pre-registration. A registration is accepted and confirmed once the Terms & Conditions checkbox is ticked and the form is submitted. A reference number is issued for every registration.
2. Fees and payment
Seminar fees are per participant and, unless stated otherwise, exclusive of 12% VAT. All registration fees must be paid at least two (2) weeks before the seminar date. Participants with unsettled fees may not be admitted.
3. Substitutions
A registered participant who cannot attend may be substituted by another person from the same organization at no extra cost, provided we are informed in writing before the seminar date.
4. Cancellations and no-shows
Cancellations must be made in writing at least seven (7) days before the seminar. Paid fees for timely cancellations may be credited to a future seminar. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full fee; training materials will be provided.
5. Changes to the program
We reserve the right to change the venue, schedule, format (face-to-face or online) or resource speaker when necessary. If a seminar is cancelled by us, registrants may transfer to another schedule or request a full refund.
6. Certificates
Certificates of attendance or completion are issued to participants who attend the full program and, where applicable, pass the required assessment.
7. Training materials
Training materials are for the personal use of registered participants. Copying, recording, redistributing or reselling materials or online sessions without written permission is not allowed.
8. Data privacy
Personal information collected through registration is used only to process your registration, issue billing documents and certificates, and send updates about our programs, in line with the Data Privacy Act of 2012. You may unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time.
